American Board Certified Pathologist. He got his start in purebred dogs in 1970 by breeding and showing under the Dreamville prefix. Dr. Lo is a Gold Level Merit Breeder from the Pekingese Club of America. He also served that club as Board Director and 1st Vice President. To this day, Dr. Lo is the only Filipino breeder to have received this prestigious award from an American Breed Club. He has been awarded a Silver Level Breeder of Merit by the American Kennel Club. He conducts breeding seminars and participates locally and abroad to further his agenda for better canine health.
